Volunteer signature spots

Help keep District 4 signing locations open

Use this guide to pick a location, cover a shift, coordinate with site leads, and collect valid signatures safely.

EPTX Recall

Goal for collection sites

Keep as many petition-signing locations open for as many hours as possible between now and Tuesday.

The listed shifts are suggested two-hour blocks, not fixed operating hours. If you can volunteer outside those times, or stay longer, please do. Even an hour helps.

Each site needs at least two volunteers while it is operating. When enough volunteers are available, hours can be extended and sites can stay open continuously between shifts.

Suggested 2-hour shifts

  • 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM Sunday
  • 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM Sunday
  • 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM Sunday through Tuesday
  • 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Sunday through Tuesday

Priority

More coverage is better than perfect coverage. If the shift you can work is not listed, contact the campaign and volunteers will make it work.

Site leads do not need to personally staff every hour if that is not possible. Their job is to make sure the site is covered, supplied, and that petitions are accounted for throughout the day.

Site leads should be available by phone for urgent questions or needs all day.

Volunteer signup

If you sign up to collect signatures at a specific location, or if you can be a site lead, please include that in the “Anything else you’d like us to know” field.

If you cannot volunteer, please consider making a donation. Thank you.

Cannot volunteer right now? Donations help volunteers reach more District 4 voters.
